If you have specific requirements and we do not have the gemstone you are looking for, we can source it based on your preferences for colour, cut, style, and budget. What is the process for designing a custom piece of jewellery?
The journey of creating a custom piece of jewellery with Calla Lily Fine Jewellers begins with an initial complimentary consultation where we discuss your ideas, preferences, and budget. We perform a style analysis and produce quick design sketches to ensure we capture your vision accurately. To proceed towards detailed drawings, a deposit of SGD 1,000 is required, which will be credited towards the final piece if no gemstones are purchased from us. Or you can purchase a gemstone from us worth SGD 500 or more.
As for the design process, we’ll present 2-3 style options and offer up to two drafts and revisions of the selected design. This style analysis is crucial to align the design with your expectations. If you choose not to proceed with the design, the deposit is retained as a design fee. Once the design is finalised, our skilled craftsmen will bring your unique piece to life. The entire process can take between 1 to 4 months depending on the complexity of the design. For more intricate pieces, it may take from 6 months to a year.
