Some designs may have limitations on resizing due to the structure or setting of the gemstones. In such cases, we will provide alternative solutions.

Resizing for rings with engravings may require re-engraving, which could incur additional costs.

Repair Policy:

We offer repair services for all our custom jewellery pieces.

Repairs within the first 12 months after purchase are covered under our warranty for any manufacturing defects.

Repairs due to wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care are subject to a fee.

The repair process typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the nature of the repair.

We will provide a detailed quote for the repair costs before proceeding with any work.

Maintenance Policy:

We provide professional cleaning and maintenance services to keep your jewellery in excellent condition.

Annual maintenance checks are recommended to ensure the integrity of the settings and overall condition of the piece.

Complimentary cleaning service is offered once a year for the lifetime of the jewellery.

Polishing and re-plating (for white gold and platinum pieces) services are available at an additional cost.

We offer stone tightening and prong re-tipping services to secure loose gemstones.

General Terms:

All services (resizing, repairs, maintenance) require an appointment to ensure timely attention and quality service.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending pieces to us for services. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods.

We are not liable for any damage or loss incurred during transit.

We provide a detailed service report for each piece upon completion of the work.

If a piece is deemed irreparable, we will offer alternative solutions, such as redesigning or remaking the piece, subject to additional costs.

Exclusions:

Jewellery that has been altered or repaired by another jeweller is not covered under our warranty.

Damage resulting from improper care, exposure to harsh chemicals, or physical impact is not covered under our warranty.

Custom pieces with complex or intricate designs may have specific maintenance and repair limitations, which will be discussed during the initial consultation.
