Return Policy for Ready Collection Online Sales

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our ready-to-wear collection. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your shopping experience is enjoyable. 

Eligibility for Returns: 

  • Items must be returned within 14 (from Singapore ) 30 days (from overseas) days of the delivery date. 
  • Jewellery must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact. 
  • Custom or personalised pieces are not eligible for returns. 

Return Process: 

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorisation number and detailed instructions for sending back your item. 

Ship Your Return: Securely package your item and ship it using a trackable and insured shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. 

Exchanges: 

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order. 

Damaged or Defective Items: 

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs. 

Non-Returnable Items: 

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Items marked as final sale
